  • ·When applying for a specific course, our basis for collecting your data is to take steps prior to entering a contract with you.

  • When you are accepted on the course, we will keep your data on the basis of performing a contract with you. The information you provide will be used mainly by the facilitator/s for the purposes of knowing requirements you may have and if the course is suitable for you at the time the information was given. 

 

Security

  • We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. This means that the information you provide will be kept securely using password-protected documents, password-protected equipment and/or padlocked physical spaces. Information will be regarded as strictly confidential and destroyed 14 months after the course.

·        When applying for a specific course, the information you provide will be kept securely, regarded as strictly confidential and destroyed a year after the course. It will be used mainly by the facilitator/s for the purposes of knowing requirements you may have and if the course is suitable for you at this time. Please do not fill in the pre-course questionnaire if there is no specific course available to apply for. We will take no responsibility for the information you send and will delete it from our records.

 

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. 

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small administration fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please contact calvin@calvinniles.com.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
